A360 Docs has a function whereby it can extract information from title blocks (on .pdf files) and auto-populate the associated fields within the system. This removes the labour-intensive task of adding this information manually each time a new drawing is uploaded. There is a full description of how it works here:

This functionality is being used by consultants using A360 Docs and they are asking for this functionality to be added to 4P asap.
