when housekeeping and deleting users from security groups, if one user is not in any other group it wont let you delete them. fair enough, but al lit says is "unable to delete a user.....". When this happen you then have to delete one by one until you find the user who you need to deal with , this is a very long winded process. The screen should show you the name of the user so that you can sort out their groups.
