When using the Tender Module, if a user needs to be removed, for instance if they have had a data breach, you currently need to go into every Tender Module you know they have been added to to revoke them from the Tender project. There is no way of receiving a report of where they have been added so if you have thousands of projects you will need to go hunting in every single one to see if this particular user has been added. This is especially difficult to track when bid managers who are tendering can add their co-workers without any notification to the administrators of the enterprise. Why can't they just be removed at the same time as they are removed from enterprise level? I am well aware they sit on a separate profile, which can also be confusing for users.
