agreed! The email notification could be much improved.
1. you don't need to say "Viewpoint for project TM" Just say "New 4P Task INFO..." then let us in settings pick an acronym for each project as the next 4 letters. I've got 4 separate projects on the go on viewpoint with differing levels of urgency and I really want to see from the subject which project it involves. I'm sure lots of people have many more!
Then ditch the "dear user" just jump into "XYZ was issued. or "abc task has been assigned to whoever" front and centre. then run the formalities of containers etc.
