Although I like the inbuilt markup tools, take up is poor on some of my sites where the teams are used to hand annotating drawings, scanning these in and emailing them. if a PDF could be associated as a markup it would allow the markups to be associated with a document and the process tracked and controlled with Workflows. At the moment I'm finding that the whole extranet system is used less as a result.
