Currently Matrix transmittals are sent out as per the schedule, regardless of any changes in the documents attached to the transmittal. If an option was available to issue on the scheduled day only if new information was present it would help reduce the number of unnecessary emails sent to users. This would make them more likely to check the transmittal.

Gareth, my MT's only go out on the days that there's been additions/omissions/revisions. That's why on the attached screen shot you'll see that the 4 set up on the 7/4/16 have a different number of revisions.
