Overall, clicking a button (any button) results in a 2-3 second delay before loading whatever it is you called for. It doesn't sound like much, but when you're drilling down through containers, it's painfully slow. I can name at least one process we implemented that our company is having trouble with employee buy-in, solely because using Viewpoint is like walking through mud. For instance - If I click a drop down arrow to see the available containers, it should almost be instantaneous. Can't we pre-cache some of this stuff? If it's an issue with the user's action going through all the security checks to determine what's allowed to be opened, can you streamline that whole process?
