At present email drop boxes are defaulted to provide external recipients with email notifications when a document they have issued is updated. This is not ideal as they receive notifications without the ability to actually access any info as these entities have no access to VPC. It would be great if there was an option to choose whether external recipients receive notifications at the time of setting up the drop box.
