When you have the Fieldshare (4P App) installed and open up an email with a link to a task or Doc and try to follow that link – it takes you to the internet rather than the App.
I know this can be circumvented because in other apps an intermediate question would open to say “Do you want to view this item via the app” which would be really helpful and possibly circumvent continual logging in on the mobile device.
This is a small change somewhere but is essential for field based engineers otherwise it will switch them off.
