As an Administrator for my company (with a large number of projects) I am often contacted by users saying they can't see various documents or access sections of the project. It would be very useful to be able to 'log-on' as another user purely to enable me to see what they can view or how their screen appears. I have used this type of function on another information management platform and it made things a lot easier, particularly when setting up specific security groups and / or folders.

This would be a very useful feature. The workaround doesn't always give a true reflection, occasionally some of my power admin super powers leak through.
Three Years since the question was asked forsooth......even slower than the railways!
@Jeremy Larsen - is there any update on this? Thanks.
This capability was actually built for our system admins internally so support and professional service can help troubleshoot. I will work with engineering to see the effort of bringing the capability down to an enterprise admin level.
Thanks for the suggestion
a workaround could be to identify what security group they are in and add a alternative guest account that you have created to that group thus allowing you to see what they can see.
