As discussed at training the other week, contractors from our previous tender had issues downloading files as the file-names were too long. For some reason 4Projects duplicates the filename when it is downloaded which is causing issues for some when it comes to downloading. Unfortunately, the current options under “user download formats” do not suit our requirements. Is it possible for 4Projects to create a download format using the filename and description?
