On a recent security audit it established a requirement to have the ability to ascertain whether all users who have access to the system still remain with the company they then worked for. Currently this is done manually off line which is very time consuming and the relevant employees are then revoked. It would be desirable to be able to send an e-mail to all users with a verification link to establish whether they are still with the same company. If they do not verify their account within a set number of days their access is then revoked until such time they verify their account
