On behalf of almost everybody I have worked with, we would love to see the ability to attach a handwritten markup to a file, rather than using the online tool. This would ensure tracability of all comments, whilst allowing people the freedom to markup by hand, which is in the most case, the preferred option.
It would also be extremely useful to be able to run reports that would show which drawings have been commented on/ marked up, and by whom has done so. I believe 4 projects greatest downfall is the difficulty we have in tracking which documents are still overdue physical comments.
