a simple passkey or pass-phrase option should be enabled on Public hyperlink documents or containers.
For example, if a public hyperlink is shared to a wider audience currently by mistake, a wide range of unintended users could have access just by clicking the link. But by setting a 4 digit passcode thats sent in a seperate email to the hyperlink will reduce public containers becoming a risk to projects. Most corporate security policies created by their CIO`s to comply with legislation usually bans the use of public hyperlink hosting tools. This would help curb concerns.

This would be great function as currently i create a ghost login for the client and then send them an e-mail with the documents on via the Viewpoint for Projects e-mail function and then send them their login details separately to access these links. I think that a secured function within this e-mail function would be the best location of this.
