Within workflows you have applied a useful feature of allowing editing or revoking editing during the workflow.
So for example, in a 3 stage workflow, stage 1 is allowed to be edited but stage 2 and 3 isnt which is great.
But then when it reaches termination it can then be edited again which inst good as we dont want files being edited after they have been reviewed. And we cant deny editing permissions at container level because then we cant use the editing feature within workflows at all.
This defeats the purpose of whole editing option within workflows.
