When inviting new users onto a bid It would be really useful to be able to check the organisations, along with all their different addresses if more than one office, then select the desired one.
Currently the company name appears but there is no way to check if it the correct one. Sometimes there might be a slight variation in the company name, but it is the same address.
This would avoid creating multiple entries for the same company.

I agree, when we are inviting a user to an organisation and their company is listed, but not their office, we need to be able to add a new office to that organisation.
I've rung the helpdesk today and they suggested adding the person in the invitation to the Organisation head office and once they have accepted their invitation, they need to let us know so that we can add their local office and then they can change it on their personal settings. This process is too long winded and it won't happen!!
This is why we have many duplications of organisations on the system!!
