Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

For us we just need to see what the user did. It says viewed item but it doesn't tell you what item was viewed.

A detailed log like this would work fine for us.
This output report could be a very useful management tool. We currently do audit spot checks to assess whether parties are fulfilling our requirements, but a matrix would assist greatly.
