Can it be made possible for items such as IRS (information required schedules) to be part of the system? Currently we use spreadsheets to try and track what information we are expecting from who and when. It would be advantageous to have this built into 4projects in such a way that we could then set tasks for stakeholders/consultants against these schedules to have this information uploaded by a certain point in time of a projects lifecycle. This could then be tracked using reporting to ascertain whether it has been done maybe even employing some kind of alert if a date passes and the information is not there.
I see that you can do something similar using the 4BIM element if you build in the Information Planner but this does not appear to allow for crossing into the general day to day element of the 4Projects CDE.
I apologise if something such as this has already been requested or if indeed it is already possible. If so I would welcome feedback and guidance
