If you have a security group, only for your organisation employees, and the project admins accidentally adds external users like suppliers or clients to that group. Are they putting your entire site data at risk?
The last thing our organisation wants is an accidental inclusion of an external party to our high level admin accounts which then exposes all information.
Simple modifications done by 4P like, only allowing members with your organisation email address to be added to your organisation security group. Not needed for every security group, only those linked with your organisation that can often see everything.
So... if security group has "Carillion" in the name, only allow "@Carillionplc" email address to be added or those within the Carillion PLC Organisation.
