Having the ability to disable the use of Public Hyperlink containers on some sites where security is paramount like government MOD, MOJ & DIO clients

There is nothing worse than spending days on setting up strict security within a site only to find someone in the project team has created a public container and opened a huge hole in your hard work. This public container violates the security the policy set-up on site. And the only way to disable it is to remove everyone's access to creating containers which isn't always viable on complex sites. Our organisation needs this assurance that this can be done when a sensitive project is chosen.
