Currently you have to put a email notification distribution list on each container to ensure relevant users get notifications. Most disciplines use multiple sub-containers to manage drawing series etc.
There should be an option to mirror a distribution list from a main container onto it's sub-containers. This would ensure consistency and avoid the need to add the same distribution list to each sub-folder
This would mean when people join and leave the team management of the distribution list is easier.

I would like something much simpler, but similar:
To be able to receive a notification if a document is added, or revised (INC items that have been uploaded using the batch processor) within any area of a project. The current option of "default email recipient" needs setting per folder - ideally this could be set at on a parent folder & those properties cascade down
