Currently we have a situation where some of the drawings that my Project Manager has voted on remains in his 'inbox' until the other users have voted. I feel that once we have undertaken our actions the drawing should disappear from our inbox.

Hi Barbara, once you have completed the pending action on a document in your inbox, it will be marked as complete and disappear from your action list. Exceptions to this are when you are an optional Commentor sat alongside other Commentors, or where you may sit in multiple roles that still have pending actions in the Workflow. Please seek out your VfP Project Administrator who can configure this behaviour and define your roles in Workflow. Many thanks

I agree with the above suggestion. I'm finding for a lot of drawings we are a commenter and even though the engineer has reviewed them they still sit in the 'Items awaiting my comment' which is very confusing. Even if the drawing is still in a workflow awaiting for the lead voter I would have thought the 'items awaiting my comment' would actually be items await my comment.
I noticed it said this already exists but I didn't have much luck finding the other suggestion, so sorry if I'm repeating.
