Tender Module Enhancemets

  • A quick and easy to use interface to select individual users from a database of many providers based on their assigned trade, organisation and past performance. This could be the Profile Picker added to the invitation area of each tender project. Expand the search criteria by default to automatically show all custom fields assigned to organizations so that detailed searches can be run quickly to identify required bidders..  
  • Ability to filter through all tender projects in an enterprise by status (tendering, lost, won, completed etc.) and instantly report on the results. From the perspective of the Tender Manager or the Bidders.
  • Ability to rate bidders on their past performance during tendering and construction.

    The tender module is not user friendly and takes too long for tender to be developed and issued- your competitor Estimate One provides an effective solution to tendering issue. This needs to be addressed or you will lose clients
