When multiple documents are downloaded from matrix or from clipboard and the zip file is extracted, all the titles are doubled up. At best this is messy and inconvenient, but in reality requires that every title is edited, especially if the documents are to be sent to a third party. Can this be corrected?

Yes I agree this is a completely silly thing to be happening, but probably it is done to avoid any files having duplicated names (since it is possible to upload files with the same names to different records) probably it would be better to have some error message warning you that this has happened and for the download to fail or for the system to assign an extra "(2)" at the end of the duplicate file being extracted.
