When in the summary screen and searched for drawings awaiting approval (usually new drawings) it would be useful to be able to select drawings that you want to be attached to a virtual container. Currently have to go into the container that holds that drawing to have the option of attaching to a virtual container.

This would save a considerable amount of time, and would align with standard functionality.

Agreed, this would considerably reduce the number of clicks needed, saving time & reducing error margin

I 100% agree it would be preferable to have the attach to > virtual container option when doing a search as well as opening a container.
One other option I wanted to point out though - when you do a search you can still select multiple drawings, then go to (in the toolbar) Attach To > New Item > Type: Existing Virtual Container and get the same functionality, though it is a couple more clicks to get there.

This will really a greate option to have.This will simplify and ease the job of linking documents to virtual containers.
