There doesn't seem to be a way to extract the complete document meta data for a single project in a one easy process. It seems to be only possible to extract the meta data one container at a time which can be quite laborious if you have a lot of them. Nor does there seem to be any feature where you can extract the historical revision data for each record. Both of these extracts would be helpful for creating various adhoc summary reports based on revisions and status statistics.

There is a simple way to do it. access the "or search" option at the project site level, which allows you search the whole project, you can then pull up the all the records with an empty search (i.e. leave all criteria blank) and export using the e-mail report feature.
