Again in an ideal world, when you export document information into an excel spreadsheet, I would like to see any associated transmittals attached to the document information you are exporting, listing the transmittal references.
How do you take an export of documents filed in 4P along with any notification transmittals created against them, this would include date and reason of issue, and who the documents were issued to
How is this normally achieved?? surely a one stop shop of all this information being exported into one spreadsheet would tick all the boxes for reporting, tracking and audit purposes and effectively become a comprehensive document tracking register
Am I missing something????
On top of the above customisation of transmittal references would be good, a set project specific format you can apply and then run sequentially, with a free field to apply a descriptive transmittal title.

Yes, you would think this would be a pretty standard feature and is something that in previous jobs using different online systems I've had to create duplicate Excel registers to record since nearly all online systems are quite poor in this regard. I don't think software designers have ever actually been Document Controllers in their lives!
