matrix notifications need to automatically include new sub containers

The matrix distribution container list should automatically include any new sub containers that are later created in a parent container that is already selected. 

Our consultants & s/c add containers as they require for their drawings series but when they add these new sub-containers they are not picked by our distribution matrix notifications.

We do not have the resource to set up every sub container for all our teams and we cannot train everyone to add the new containers to the matrix, so until this is fixed we cannot rely on the distribution matrix transmittal.

    Also can you list the Containers in the view mode as currently the only way to see what containers are selected is to select 'revise' and then cancel revising if no change
