In quite a few instances over the years our Designers upload the same file twice or more times thinking this is correct way to do it (Despite protocols Doc !) We need to be able to merge these files in order - they slipped through the net because the owner finds a loophole is putting rev number on end of document reference. To solve we now need to download 3 versions to then rev up the original - which can be detrimental because the links etc to the wrongly uploaded files are lost.
