Different document status on a transmittal per user

Hi,

It would be very helpful to be able to select a different purpose of issue for different people on a transmittal, it is quiet long winded to produce the same transmittal twice for two different purposes of issue for the same document, and also have to change the status of issue twice on the document to match the transmittal.

I sent a transmittal which was meant to be 'For Information'  to the client, yet the other party I was sending it to was to be accepted by them, the client came back saying it wasn't accepted, it would be so helpful if we had the ability to change document status/recipient on the same transmittal.

Regards
