in a similar way that Viewpoint have recently put in upgrade warning messages for system updates that intercept users logins, the ability to set a message at enterprise level that shows when people open an enterprise. The basic implementation would be to show for everyone at every login, but more advanced could be to show once for each user before they go onto their preferred default container.
Uses, mainly another way to improve communications, from reminding people about site/system security or to always wear their hi-vis, letting them know about a change to the container structure. Down to interest in the Christmas party or signing up for the office sweepstake.
