This will allow recipients to look at the drawing or document number and then see the actual title rather than a file path which is not what they are looking for. We have many complaints about this from our various clients.
Another issue is that when we collate a notification transmittal and pick of the documents in order once the system generates this transmittal the documents are no longer in order, this then look unprofessional.

Is it still in the review. This is absolutely needed.
Absolutely agree, only been using Viewpoint for 4 months and I have been asked on many occasions if we can change the body of the email at least to show this.

Absolutely agreed. In fact there are a few places where the Full Path field is completely unnecessary and makes the tabular views unwieldly, with every row being 8 lines high. It should always be the Description field in place of this.
However there could be an icon next to each Item (e.g. a folder icon perhaps!) that when hovered over shows the full path or, when clicked on, takes you TO the container! How about that?!?!
