Ability to archive projects

The ability to hide past projects from the navigation tree will be imperative to maintaining a clutter-free naigation pane as the program is used.  We intend to use VFP as a collaboration center for our estimate department as well as for our project management which results in many projects over time. Because we cannot archive projects, we have been forced to structure our VFP system in a less efficient manner. As a workaround we could create an "Estimate" and Project" site and transfer projects from site to site, but this feature is also not available as I can only assume, due to permissions conflicts. I am now using two sites, two templates and moving content as each project metamorphoses in order to keep only live projects visible and estimated projects accessible. Thanks for your support.

Surely this has now been delivered? - Why is this still on here - let alone "Likely but not yet planned"

For me, the simplest solution would be to have a function that operated in the same was as 'revoke user', but to 'archive project'; whereby archiving hides the project from the common view, but is easily retrieved from a high-level enterprise search.

This would be very useful and someything that we have mentioned many times to our account manager. Currently when projects are completed we prefix them with ZZ to drop them to the bottom of our current list.

Viewpoint, has there been any progress with this request. We would like to have the option as soon as, do you have a time frame for this development. We have a long list of project within our Enterprise and would like to be able to Archive some of the completed ones.

Would be good if we could , select a project and move to another location.

Is there any update on this? At the moment we have 18 active projects 50 inactive projects which are cluttering up our screen.

This would really assist, as currently we archive offline, losing the client's view of archived / revoked documents, currently we "block" but this isn't useful.  We need the system to have the ability to go to "archived" documents
