The 'download all' function when receiving a transmittal with documents/drawings on it, is not easily identifiable (being only an icon). There are too many clicks needed to get to 'download all'. A one click download all button would be more user friendly for the subcontractors that we send transmittals to.

Agreed. But also:
1) e-Mail link should always go to the revision stated in the e-Mail
2) e-Mail link should go directly to the 'Differences' tab
3) there should be an on-screen popup that points to where somebody should click to download all those Differences.
