I've used this software on a couple of temporary positions I've worked within the construction industry and I've found that users choose to put whatever name of document they choose, however when there are multiple users this can differ and cause confusion therefore if all users were prompted to put the drawing number rather than a name of the document I feel people would have a better handle on finding the information they are looking for.

Is creating confusion when the consultants upload documents and they write in the "Name" column the actual name of the document, not the document No.
