Why is it that a file named "16284-XX-PD-XXX-000002.pdf" in a container, when downloaded is named "16284-XX-PD-XXX-000002-2.0-26-ATK_16284-XX-PD-XXX-000002_V2p0_P4.pdf"?
What are the all 'spurious' characters (16284-XX-PD-XXX-000002-2.0-26-ATK_) in front of the file name added for?
This creates a lot of additional time following download to have to rename every single filename back to the original?

Hi,
The convention for naming will include by default Item Name, document name & finally revision reference.
To change this go into your personal settings>User Settings>Select Configure against USER_DOWNLOAD_FORMAT and change it to Original Filename or Name_Revision.
