When a project has a virtual container which has several virtual sub-containers, it is currently impossible to attach a file to the sub-folders unless a permission group has edit rights on the higher level virtual folder, or if that folder has been expanded BEFORE selecting he files and destination to attach.
Because expanding the virtual containers is irrelevant to action of attaching the files to it, and I don't want any files to be added to the higher level folder, I would like to be able to expand any folder with viewing rights within the 'attach file to' window.
