It would be fundamental to have the ability to export a RFI schedule (downloaded) from the system to show RFI reference dates, questions and answers and parties involved, including status on the one excel sheet. At the moment we have to employ a document controller to copy and paste all of this information into a schedule - this takes time and resource!

Like Joe says, you can add extra columns like post detail. If you then untick 'Lastest Revison' it will include all the post details including replies. The problem is that there is a limit on the number of characters displayed on the post detail column, so wont display the full question and its replies. Which brings you back to copy and paste. Please can the development team look into this and either maximise the character limit or come up with perhaps a Task dashboard like the new Workflow dashboard (you have the old 'Inbox' so why not develop the dashboard to cover all notifications?)
Hi this is achievable to most degrees - APART FROM AUTOMATICALLY giving you the response into excel. We set up all relevant column needed I a column view. ie Title; Description; From; To; Expire date, status, Post detail. Then at any point click 'Export to excel' up top middle of page and that's that. As I say unless I'm mistaken I cannot see how to get the reply into this report. However doing above at least reduces time/work to paste in the reply.
