On https://vfp-help.viewpoint.com/Basics/MyAccount/Acceptinganinvitationandcreatingauseraccount/tabid/418 slide 3 says "Most of the site will work on any browser , but we recommend using Internet Explorer 9".
Microsoft ended support for IE9 on 12th January 2016 and now only support the latest version. See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/WindowsForBusiness/End-of-IE-support
The training site should be updated to refer to the most recent version of Internet Explorer.
