When an item terminates a workflow, the creator gets a notification email.
The notification email needs to go to the person who revised the document and not the creator as the creator might have left the company or moved on or could be anything.
This is a fundamental lack of notifying the correct person.

Uploader should receive the termination notification not the author of the first revision. Please :)
I think that there should be an option to either select notify originator or modified by at the start of the workflow process as someone may be filling in for a person and not want to get the notifications and these should be directed back to the originator of the file.
This is a real problem on large projects with large teams and creates a massive administrative overhead.
Cant believe this is the case, surely it would notify the person who uploaded not just the author!
