Is it possible within the workflow process to have the option for an e-mail notification to be sent to the Vote/Workflow Panel Member, when comments are added by members of the review team. Currently the voter doesn't know when comments are made, and so doesn't know when/if they can close the workflow down, without having to check each workflow. They may be the voter in hundreds of documents, so this can become an extremely time consuming job.

Thanks for your suggestion, this is currently possible using the integrated View & Markup tool to add comments - when saving your markup you have the option to select recipients. However we will still review this suggestion as part of a wider initiative around Workflow & Design Review usability in VfP. Many thanks.

As stated in the ADMIN RESPONSE, it is currently possible using the integrated View & Markup to select recipients. However, it would be valuable if there was an option to select a ‘distribution group’ instead of having to select individual users when saving a markup.
