When a user opens or downloads a comment files that has been uploaded as an attachment into the workflow, nothing shows up in the activity log. This should be addressed so that full traceability is able to be viewed in the activity logs.

Agreed ...even if the WF node is accessed to see free text comments this also does not show in the activity log and should so it provides a comprehensive audit trail
