Is there any way that I can have created a company specific standard issue sheet within Viewpoint for Projects so when you use the e-mail function within the records per page drop down menu this will pick our form and extract only the data that we require to be inserted into these forms as it will make it much easier to create issue sheets from Viewpoint for Projects. This may need to be an additional question in the pop up, either create a drawing register e.g. what you have already as an export data or create an issue sheet.

To make creating record issue sheets as part of our QA process more efficient
