Auto Populate Drawing/Revision/Details from file name

Is there a way to make 4projects use our file names intelligently to populate its database?

 

I.e. If our drawing number was 16.096_001#C1#Ground Floor Plan

It would recognise the part before the hashtag as the drawing number

Between the hashtags as revision number

And after the hashtags as the drawing name?

 

I am not suggesting hashtag would work, but asking if there was a character used by 4projects that would allow this to happen, as this would save weeks of admin work / year for our practice.
