Currently when templating a workflow, that template can only be deployed within that specific project. Where several projects have the same basic workflows (e.g. Document review by design team), the workflows must either be created individually for each project, or created at site/enterprise level and then managed with filters etc.
This method falls down if the project admin team do not have permissions for full site/enterprise level.
Surely a template should is exactly that - a base copy of a document, container, workflow etc. and should be capable of deploying anywhere. it would then be customised in that location for its specific requirements?

Need to be able to template or copy workflows from one project to another and not have to create from scratch
