We do not Approve drawings, but do comment on drawings. Approval may imply acceptance of responsibility for any errors and omissions, which should rest with the designer/contractor. As such, Workflow voting activity status would be better as follows: A - Status A, No Further Comments, B - Status B, Subject to Comments, C - Status C, Rejected, Revise and Resubmit
