I am finding it very hard to differentiate which document belongs to which job when I click on the New items link in the email. The drawings/reports are all grouped together over multiple jobs making it impossible to know which drawing/report belongs to which job. Would it be possible to split the drawings into a job specific order or at least have another column specifying which job the drawing/report belongs to?
