The current dynamic folder system only allows to create/place links for files from design folders. any new design information thats added to the design folders has to be manually linked to the dynamic folders again. This becomes a complex task when there are several drawings from several consultants adding information on several schemes.
The recommended feature will deliver full design information expected to be shared via dynamic folders and ensure delivery of new design information uploaded on main folders.
