Useful to expedite training of new users - quicker access to info while freeing up user time to address other task - looked at Explorer Plugin to enable drag n drop from View Point to a desktop folder but have met with technical issues - "problem occurred getting a stream to the file data. Try refreshing the parent container or clearing the local cache. If the problem persists please contact support.

I find using the desktop app has this problem as well. The streaming of files often shows false "empty" folders. This leads to the opportunity for conflicting uploads. When I have a customer at my desk I want access to the file immediately and not have to wait for a "refresh" with every mouse click.. "refresh from server" takes too long.
