At this time, power admins (made by vfp support) cannot see unregistered files. The disadvantage of this is that this prevents power users from being able to delete containers containing these unregistered items.
Allowing power admins to see unregistered files will accomplish two things:
1. admins can spot the mistake of users uploading unregistered files incorrectly thinking they are fully uploaded.
2. admins can delete unregistered files uploaded incorrectly

As a power admin we should have every permission turned on by default. I've wasted half of my day trying to get this sorted only to find out the originator has more rights than I do!!!

Unless VFP support need the extra work. This level of admin work should live with the projects/enterprises not at System level
